Are you an experienced Tax Manager looking to take the next step in your career with a leading financial services tax team?

We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected Banking & Capital Markets Tax Team of a leading accountancy firm, working with an impressive portfolio of UK and international clients across banking, capital markets, asset finance, brokerage, proprietary trading and FinTech.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical tax expertise with commercial client advisory work. You'll work alongside experienced Partners, Directors and Senior Managers on a broad mix of advisory and compliance projects, while developing your leadership skills and progressing your career within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

You'll advise clients on complex UK and international tax matters, support transactions, corporate reorganisations, due diligence and tax accounting, and help businesses navigate an evolving regulatory landscape. You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members, managing client relationships and driving innovative approaches to tax delivery.

We're particularly interested in candidates who have experience working within the financial services sector, ideally with a background in FinTech or advising FinTech clients.

What we're looking for:

• CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong post-qualified corporate tax experience.
• Experience advising clients within Banking, Capital Markets or Financial Services.
• FinTech industry or client experience would be highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax issues to non-specialists.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience managing client relationships and supporting or leading teams.
