Are you an experienced tax professional seeking high-value advisory work in the creative sector? A global leader in business management and financial services for media, entertainment, and sports is expanding its specialist London practice following sustained organic growth.

This position is open at Manager or Senior Manager level, with a defined progression framework to transition to Associate Director within 12 months. Prior media industry experience is not required; the focus is on strong non-dom/non-resident technical capability, US/UK cross-border experience, and high-net-worth portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

  • US/UK Crossover & International Tax: Advise on US/UK tax friction, double tax treaties, residency/domicile status, and withholding taxes for non-resident entertainers and touring productions.

  • Mixed Tax Portfolio Leadership: Oversee compliance and strategic advisory across corporate entities, complex groups, trusts, and UHNW clients.

  • High-Level Advisory: Direct bespoke IHT planning, cross-border estate structuring, multi-jurisdictional asset arrangements, and creative sector incentives alongside Partners.

  • Practice Development & Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior tax professionals, while assisting leadership in scaling the practice.

About You

  • Qualifications: CTA, ATT, or Qualified by Experience (QBE).

  • Experience: Currently operating as a Manager or Senior Manager within personal tax, mixed tax, or private client practice.

  • Technical Breadth: Strong technical knowledge of non-resident, non-domiciled, and international cross-border tax issues; exposure to US tax structures or offshore trusts is highly desirable.

  • Client Engagement: Confident, commercially minded, and comfortable advising high-profile clients, family offices, and international legal representatives.

What's on Offer

  • Competitive Package: Base salary between £80,000 - £90,000 + discretionary annual bonus.

  • Rapid Acceleration: Defined 12-month pathway to Associate Director.

  • Work-Life Balance: 35-hour work week, flexible start times (8:30 AM-10:30 AM core hours), and a Wednesday work-from-home policy.

  • Perks & Benefits: Birthday day off, fully funded professional subscriptions, enhanced family leave, and "dress for your diary" policy.

  • Tech-Forward Infrastructure: Modern practice using CCH, Xero, and AI system integration.

  • Prime Location & Culture: Central West End office surrounded by top transport hubs, dining, and culture, paired with regular team social events.
