Tax Advisory Manager / Senior Manager - Corporate & OMB Advisory
London | Hybrid Working
A highly regarded independent mid-tier tax firm is looking to hire an ambitious Tax Advisory professional into its growing Corporate & OMB team.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad, high-quality advisory exposure while working closely with entrepreneurial businesses, shareholders, and senior stakeholders in a collaborative environment with clear progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising on corporate restructurings, reorganisations, incorporations, and shareholder exits
* Supporting on transactions, MBOs, and company purchase of own shares
* Preparing advisory reports, structure planning reports, and HMRC clearance applications
* Reviewing legal documentation from a tax perspective
* Working directly with Partners, Directors, and clients on complex advisory projects
* Assisting with proposals and identifying further advisory opportunities
About You:
* ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified
* Strong UK corporate tax advisory experience gained within practice
* Experience across reorganisations, transactions, and shareholder planning
* Commercial, proactive, and confident working directly with clients
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
