Valuations / Share Planning Tax Associate Partner Opportunity

Key Skills and Experience:

• A proven track record of experience in a tax role with significant exposure to share planning & valuations.
• Proven expertise in handling valuation projects for diverse purposes, such as:
  • Tax advantaged option plans
  • Employment-related securities matters
  • Capital Gains Tax market value transactions
  • Corporate reorganisations
  • Debt restructuring
• Proficiency with a range of valuation methodologies tailored to various sectors, tax structures, and share types.
• Strong project management skills and experience working directly with clients and intermediaries.
• An interest in developing and mentoring junior team members, including new graduates.
• CTA and / or ACA qualified (preferred although not essential)
