A specialist boutique firm is expanding its Valuations team and is looking to hire a Senior Manager or Associate Partner to support its next phase of growth.
Working closely with a well-connected partner who has made the move from a Big 4 as he was a little fed us on the politics and has embraced the entrepreneurial culture of this specialist firm. Here you will lead complex valuation work across a diverse client base and play a hands-on role in developing the service line. This is an advisory-led role with real autonomy, visibility, and progression.
What you'll do
- Lead valuations for tax and commercial purposes, including:
- Share schemes and employment-related securities
- CGT market value transactions and probate
- Corporate reorganisations and restructurings
- Advise clients and intermediaries on technically complex matters
- Manage engagements end-to-end with full ownership
- Support and develop junior team members
What we're looking for
- 6+ years' experience (Senior Manager) or 10+ years' experience (Associate Partner) in a tax-focused valuations role
- Strong experience across a range of valuation methodologies and share structures
- Solid knowledge of equity reward, ERS and share schemes
- Confident client-facing communicator
- CTA and/or ACA preferred (not essential)
