Transactions Tax Senior Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)

The Role:

• Lead buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence projects
• Identify and quantify tax risks and opportunities within target businesses
• Advise on tax-efficient acquisition, disposal, and restructuring strategies
• Support SPA negotiations, including drafting and reviewing tax provisions
• Provide structuring advice on cross-border transactions and group reorganisations
• Work closely with corporate finance, legal, and international teams on deals
• Advise on refinancing, debt structuring, and post-deal integration
• Build and manage senior client relationships, including private equity stakeholders
• Lead, coach, and develop junior team members
• Play an active role in shaping and growing the transactions tax practice

About You:

• CTA / ACA / CA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified
• Strong UK corporate tax and transactions tax experience
• Proven track record in tax due diligence and deal advisory
• Experience working with private equity and/or large corporate clients
• Commercially minded with strong financial and analytical capability
• Confident communicator with experience managing senior stakeholders
