We are partnering with a leading UK accounting firm to appoint a Transfer Pricing Director. This is a pivotal leadership role within the firm's international tax practice, driving strategic advisory and growth across a diverse client base.

The successful candidate will lead the development of the firm's transfer pricing offering, managing complex engagements including policy design, documentation, audits, and BEPS compliance. You will provide high-level advice on global pricing strategies, supply chain optimisation, and debt/interest for PE structures, while acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

In addition to client leadership, you will spearhead business development initiatives, identify new opportunities, and contribute to the firm's ambitious growth plans.

We are looking to speak with Senior Managers ready to step up, or established Director level candidates who possess:

• Extensive experience in transfer pricing advisory and compliance within a Big 4 or large advisory firm.
• Proven track record of originating and growing client relationships.
• Strong technical expertise in transfer pricing methodologies, debt/interest, and global TP regulations.
• Professional qualifications (ACA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent).
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
