Location: London / Hybrid

A fast-growing tax advisory firm is looking to appoint a Transfer Pricing Manager to join its expanding UK team.

This is an opportunity to join a modern, non-audit advisory firm working with large and listed businesses on complex international matters. You'll advise high-profile clients on a range of transfer pricing issues, while working closely with senior leadership in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

The Role

• Lead transfer pricing advisory projects for large and multinational businesses
• Design, implement and document global transfer pricing policies
• Prepare and review Master Files, Local Files and supporting economic analyses
• Advise on transfer pricing aspects of restructurings and supply chain transformations
• Support clients through enquiries, audits and dispute resolution processes
• Analyse developments in international tax reform, including BEPS and Pillar Two
• Collaborate with international colleagues on cross-border engagements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to business development and proposal activity
• Coach and develop junior team members
• Help shape technology-enabled and AI-driven ways of working within the practice

About You

• CTA, ACA, CA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
• Strong technical transfer pricing knowledge and understanding of economic principles
• Experience preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation
• Knowledge of UK transfer pricing legislation and OECD guidelines
• Experience advising large corporates or listed groups
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially minded with the ability to simplify complex technical matters
• Experience managing projects and mentoring junior staff
