Transfer Pricing Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
An opportunity to join a fast-growing, international tax advisory firm working with large corporates and listed groups on complex, high-value transfer pricing matters. The practice is at an exciting stage of growth, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, shape how the team develops, and play a key role in building a market-leading transfer pricing capability from the ground up.
The Role:
- Lead complex transfer pricing advisory engagements for large and listed businesses
- Design, implement and defend global transfer pricing policies and frameworks
- Oversee preparation and review of Master Files, Local Files, and detailed economic analyses
- Advise on restructuring, supply chain transformation, and cross-border value chain design
- Support intercompany financing arrangements and intangible asset structuring
- Manage transfer pricing aspects of HMRC enquiries, audits, and dispute resolution
- Collaborate with international teams on cross-border client engagements
- Contribute to business development, proposals, and client pitches
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the UK transfer pricing practice

About You:
- CTA / ACA / CA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified
- Strong technical expertise in transfer pricing principles and OECD guidelines
- Experience producing and reviewing Master Files and Local Files
- Background advising large corporates or listed groups in a client-facing role
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to simplify complex technical issues
- Proven experience managing client relationships and developing junior team members
