Transfer Pricing Compliance Manager - Reading
Join a collaborative team delivering global transfer pricing compliance projects for a diverse portfolio of clients across industries and jurisdictions. You'll lead documentation projects, manage client relationships, coordinate with specialists across the business, and mentor junior team members, while helping drive continuous improvement and business development initiatives.

What we're looking for
- CTA, CA, ACA or ACCA qualified, or a degree in economics, finance, law, accounting or a related field.
- At least five years' transfer pricing experience, including preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation and local files.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with process improvement and change management.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative approach and a passion for developing technical expertise.
- An interest in technology and its application to transfer pricing compliance.
