We are partnering with a Top UK accounting firm to appoint a Transfer Pricing Partner. This is a pivotal role within the firm's international tax practice, driving strategic advisory and growth across a diverse multinational client base.

The successful Partner will lead complex transfer pricing engagements, including policy design, documentation, audits, and BEPS compliance, while providing high-level advice on global pricing strategies, supply chain optimization, and controversy support. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring technical excellence and commercial insight.

In addition to client leadership, you will spearhead business development initiatives, identify new opportunities, and contribute to the firm's ambitious growth plans. This role also involves mentoring and developing high-performing teams, managing budgets, and ensuring profitability across engagements.

We are looking to speak with senior Director level or Partner level TP professionals with:

• Extensive experience in transfer pricing within a Big 4 or large advisory firm.
• Proven track record of originating and growing client relationships.
• Strong technical expertise in tax, economics, and finance, with deep knowledge of global TP regulations.
• Professional qualifications (ACA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent).

• Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
