Senior Transfer Pricing Manager
Leeds + Hybrid working
£75,000 - £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits

I'm currently working with a leading Top 20 Accountancy firm in Leeds who are looking to expand their international tax with the hire of a new Senior Manager in transfer pricing.

This is an exciting role for someone who wants to step up and lead transfer pricing for an established and recognised national firm.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the design, implementation, and governance of global transfer pricing policies
• Oversee preparation and review of TP documentation (Master File, Local Files, CbCR) ensuring compliance with OECD and local requirements
• Advise on pricing of complex intercompany transactions, including financing, IP, and business restructures
• Manage transfer pricing risk, including audits, enquiries, dispute resolution, and APA negotiations
• Support business on operationalising TP policies and ensuring alignment with commercial models
• Provide TP input into M&A transactions, restructurings, and supply chain changes
• Monitor and interpret changes in global TP regulations and assess impact on the group
• Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and external advisors on TP matters
• Drive TP strategy aligned with broader tax and business objectives
• Lead and develop junior team members, reviewing technical work and providing coaching
• Identify process improvements and implement technology solutions to enhance TP compliance and reporting
• Ensure robust TP governance, risk management, and documentation standards across jurisdictions

What you'll need to be successful:

• Qualified (ADIT, CTA, ACA, ACCA, ATT)
• Previous experience working on TP advisory & compliance matters
• Ideally experience working with large corporates
• In-house experience also desirable with practice training
