Treasury Tax Senior Manager
Leeds or Manchester (2 days per week in office)
£70,000 - £90,000 + Benefits + Bonus

We are currently working with a leading professional services firm in Leeds & Manchester who are looking to bring in an experienced Treasury Tax Senior Manager.

At Senior Manager level, this role is suited to someone who has already had experience or significant exposure working on treasury tax projects.

Your new role:

• Advising on UK loan relationships and derivative contracts, including the Disregard Regulations.
• Advising on related areas including Corporate Interest Restriction, Anti-Hybrids, Distributions and Withholding Tax.
• Providing senior technical input into M&A, financing, refinancing and debt restructuring projects.
• Supporting audit teams, tax authority enquiries and complex compliance and advisory assignments.
• Acting as a senior technical adviser to Corporate Tax teams and clients, translating complex legislation into clear, practical and commercially focused advice.
• Building strong relationships with senior clients and colleagues across the UK and wider Big 4 network.
• Leading technical discussions, developing junior talent and contributing to training and knowledge sharing.
• Helping to grow the Treasury Tax proposition, identifying opportunities and developing new client relationships.

What you'll need to be successful:

• Suitable qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTA, ATT, CA)
• Complex UK corporate tax experience working with large clients
• Experience across Treasury Tax, financing, loan relationships and/or derivatives
• Strong UK corporate tax backgrounds are considered for those who want to specialise in treasury tax
