Valuations Senior Manager / Associate Partner

The Role:
A leading and growing valuations team is looking to hire an experienced Senior Manager or Associate Partner to join their London office. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a broad range of clients, sectors, and projects, including complex valuation assignments.
Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in valuations and tax, with:

Experience: Minimum of 6 years (Senior Manager) or 10 years (Associate Partner) in a tax role with significant exposure to valuations, either in practice, industry, or both.

Project Work: Experience on valuation projects for tax-advantaged option plans, employment-related securities, Capital Gains Tax market value transactions, probate, corporate reorganisations, debt restructuring, and similar assignments.

Valuation Methodologies: Knowledge of a range of methodologies suitable for different sectors, structures, and share types, including ordinary shares, growth shares, ratchet shares, etc.

Qualifications: CTA and/or ACA preferred but not essential.

Client Management: Comfortable liaising directly with clients and intermediaries.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of equity reward and valuation tax matters, including employment-related securities and tax-advantaged and non-tax-advantaged share schemes.

Skills: Strong project management and an interest in developing junior staff, including new graduates.
