A leading Big 4 Indirect Tax team is looking to hire an ambitious VAT Assistant Manager or Manager into its high-performing and rapidly growing practice.

Working with a diverse client base ranging from global multinational groups to fast-growth tech start-ups, this team has experienced significant growth over the past five years, with strong investment in people, development, and progression.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and commercially focused team with strong Partner exposure, high-quality advisory work, and opportunities for both client and overseas secondments.

The Role:
* Advising clients on complex VAT and indirect tax matters across a broad range of sectors
* Working on high-profile advisory projects with direct client exposure from day one
* Managing complex projects with support from experienced senior stakeholders
* Taking ownership of a varied client portfolio under Partner supervision
* Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams as a key VAT contact
* Delivering high-quality technical and commercial advice

About You:
* Strong VAT / Indirect Tax technical skills
* Trained within practice, either in an accounting or legal environment
* Commercially minded with strong problem-solving ability
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong project and client management capability
* Passionate about developing a long-term career within Indirect Tax
