We are working with a leading Top 10 global advisory firm with a rapidly growing Indirect Tax practice, recognised as one of the largest non-Big 4 VAT teams in the UK.
With a strong national presence and a diverse, high-profile client base spanning FTSE 100 businesses and large international groups, the firm is continuing its impressive growth trajectory.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing VAT team delivering complex, high-value advisory and compliance projects, while working closely with senior stakeholders across a variety of sectors including Energy, Manufacturing, Retail, Aerospace, and Travel.
About the Role
- Lead and deliver complex VAT compliance and reporting engagements across the UK, EU, and international jurisdictions
- Provide technical VAT advisory support, including structuring, governance, and tax function effectiveness reviews
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, engaging directly with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Support dispute resolution processes and HMRC engagement, while contributing to international VAT structuring projects

What We Are Looking For
- ACA / ATT/ CTA qualification or equivalent
- Excellent technical VAT knowledge combined with strong commercial awareness
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and engage with senior stakeholders
- Experience mentoring or developing junior team members, with a collaborative and proactive approach
