Run by New Possible, the British Recruitment Awards celebrates the individuals and teams that are passionate about recruitment's role in building a thriving organisation.

The all-star judging panel included some of the most senior leaders in recruitment from the likes of Hello Fresh, LinkedIn, Grant Thornton, Unilever, Selfridges, Wagamama, and the Walt Disney Company who judged over 225 entries. We are thrilled and honoured to have made it to be finalists across 4 categories , thank you so much!

All of these initiatives have led to an incredible retention rate compared to industry standards, with our lowest attrition rate ever and an impressive average staff tenure of 4 years and 9 months, with 41% of employees having worked with us for over 5 years.
