At Pro-Recruitment we strive to stand out from the crowd through our unwavering commitment to innovation, employee well-being, corporate responsibility, and overall happiness across the business has been transformative. We have introduced innovative benefits such as the "2pm Friday Finish." Originally introduced as a summer perk in 2022, this policy allows our employees to wrap up their workday four hours early without any compromise on compensation. The resounding success and enthusiastic support from our employees made it a permanent fixture, thanks to the collective voice of our monthly employee forum, aptly named "The Voice."
We have embraced hybrid and flexible working, opening the door to a vast talent pool across the UK. Even team members outside of London have rejoined us, as regional employees can now enjoy London-based wages from any corner of the UK. Working remotely, they visit our office just 1-2 times per quarter. Our London-based colleagues spend one day per week in the office, giving everyone a super flexible work life balance which hasn’t compromised productivity.
We have embraced virtual meetings and sustainable practices. We now operate from a 10-person serviced office partnered with Open Energy, ensuring our energy comes from green sources, combating deforestation and climate change. This, coupled with fewer commutes per week, significantly reduces our carbon footprint and underscores our dedication to environmental preservation.
All of these initiatives have led to an incredible retention rate compared to industry standards, with our lowest attrition rate ever and an impressive average staff tenure of 4 years and 9 months, with 41% of employees having worked with us for over 5 years.
The British Recruiters Awards ceremony is just around the corner, set for the 8th of November at the vibrant Salsa! Temple London. We can't wait to be part of this exciting event, surrounded by fellow finalists and eager to hear who will take home the honours.
