Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 from home (after 6-month probation)

Are you a Junior Accountant, Audit Trainee or Accounts Assistant with 12-24 months' practice experience? This well-established accountancy firm in Victoria is growing and looking for someone ambitious, keen to learn, and ready to take the next step - with ACA or ACCA study support and a healthy work-life balance.

The Role - Audit & Accounts Trainee

This role offers a perfect blend of audit and accounts experience. You'll:

• Assist in preparing statutory and management accounts
• Support with audit fieldwork and testing
• Work alongside seniors and managers on client assignments
• Gain hands-on exposure across diverse industries
• Develop your technical and client-facing skills every day

About You

We're looking for someone with a solid foundation in practice and a desire to grow:

• 12-24 months' experience in audit and/or accounts within an accountancy practice
• Confident using Sage, QuickBooks, Xero or IRIS
• Ideally AAT qualified or studying towards ACA / ACCA (study support provided)
• Positive, proactive, and eager to take on more responsibility
