This is a strong step-up role for an experienced auditor who wants more responsibility, faster progression, and exposure to Financial Services - without needing prior FS experience.
The firm is a Top-30 practice and has been the fastest organically growing mid-tier firm over several consecutive years. Financial Services is a major growth area, covering everything except banking and insurance, with increasing work across fintech, funds, and crypto.
The role
As an Audit Assistant Manager, you'll:

Support the delivery of Financial Services audits from planning through to completion

Manage seniors and juniors on assignments

Act as a key point of contact for clients alongside managers and partners

Get involved in BD and networking from an early stage

Gain exposure to high-growth FS niches, with scope to develop your own specialist area over time
You'll have real visibility and autonomy, with partners who want people to step up rather than wait their turn.
