RI Audit Director | Leadership Opportunity

Following a period of sustained growth that has seen the audit team double in size over the last five years, this established Southampton-based practice is seeking an experienced Audit Director and RI to join its leadership team.

Now a sizeable and well-established corporate audit practice, the team services an impressive portfolio of clients and is supported by a strong Senior Manager and Manager population. As growth continues, the firm is seeking an additional RI to help lead the practice, develop client relationships and contribute to its ongoing success.

Working alongside a highly experienced leadership team, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio ranging from regional subsidiaries of global groups through to businesses with turnovers exceeding £1bn, including a number of well-known household names.

The Opportunity

You'll play a key role in:

Managing and growing a £1m+ portfolio
Leading complex audit assignments as an RI
Developing and strengthening client relationships
Supporting business development and securing new business opportunities
Supporting and mentoring an established management team
Contributing to the continued growth and strategic direction of the audit practice
Playing a key role in the future development of the audit team

About You

Audit Director-level experience
RI signatory experience, with a proven track record of signing audits
Experience managing a portfolio of c.£1m+
Strong relationship-building and business development skills
Ambition to take on a broader leadership role within a growing practice
A collaborative leadership style and a passion for developing people
