Your role as Not-for-Profit Audit Manager

This is more than a delivery role - you'll play a key part in driving quality, developing people, and strengthening client relationships.

You will:
* Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion across a diverse Not-for-Profit portfolio.
* Act as the principal point of contact for clients, building long-term, trusted relationships.
* Manage, coach, and develop junior and mid-level team members.
* Ensure audit quality, technical compliance, and reporting standards are consistently met.
* Contribute to business development, sector initiatives, and internal improvement projects.

You'll work closely with senior leadership while having the autonomy to manage your portfolio and influence how work is delivered.

What you'll need to succeed

* ACA / ACCA / ICAS qualified (or equivalent).
* Strong external audit experience, ideally with exposure to the Not-for-Profit sector.
* Solid technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards, including SORP and FRS 102.
* Confident leadership and people-management skills.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative, client-focused mindset.
