We are exclusively retained by an award-winning London firm in search of an experienced Audit Partner to lead its growing Scale Up sector. This division focuses on privately owned and private equity-backed businesses that are progressing toward an Initial Public Offering.

The firm is looking for an individual to represent this sector, overseeing and expanding its portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with businesses in the transition from early-stage growth to scale, typically with turnovers ranging from £10 million to £150 million.

While a background in General Practice is beneficial, the successful candidate must be a qualified (RI) in audit. This role requires a partner who will lead audit services while also having a solid understanding of the wider business services the firm provides.
