Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for an Audit Associate to join a Top 20 leading national audit, tax, advisory and consulting firm.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a respected Audit team, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality client assignments, developing strong client relationships, and supporting the wider success of the business.

This position will involve both technical audit work and people management, including coaching and developing junior team members.

Your role as an Audit Senior:

• As a part-qualified audit senior, you will assist in the planning, execution and finalisation of audit engagements.
• Acting as a day-to-day point of contact for clients.
• Reviewing work, identifying issues, and proposing solutions.
• Managing risk in line with professional standards and firm policies.
• Producing high-quality reports and contributing to audit findings.
• Coaching and supporting junior team members, sharing technical knowledge.
• Supporting wider business development activities and identifying new opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed:

• You must be ACA / ACCA part-qualified.
• Significant auditing and accounting experience, ideally UK GAAP.
• Previous exposure to corporate clients
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office essential; Caseware preferred)
• Ability to manage time, budgets, and priorities effectively.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and committed to continuous professional development.
