Your role as Audit Senior Associate
You'll lead statutory audits across corporate clients, managing engagements from planning to completion and ensuring work is delivered to a high standard.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
* Lead on-site audit teams and manage delivery against budgets and timelines
* Act as the primary client contact during fieldwork
* Review work prepared by junior team members and support their development
* Work closely with managers and senior managers on complex engagements
* Manage a small portfolio of clients alongside supporting larger audits
* Contribute to continuous improvement across audit and assurance work
This is a hands-on leadership role with real client exposure.
What you'll need to succeed
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / ICAS or equivalent)
* Strong experience in corporate audit within practice
* Confidence managing teams and client relationships
* Exposure to complex groups and reporting structures (desirable)
* Commercial mindset with attention to quality and risk
* Clear communicator who enjoys working collaboratively
Personality, ownership and approach matter just as much as technical ability.
