A client of ours, a well-established and widely known firm in Manchester are looking to grow their Corporate Audit team by bringing in an Audit Senior Manager to the team.

The reason for the growth is the sheer amount of work they are winning at the moment and therefore are keen to grow the team at this level.

Details of the role

• Managing a sizeable portfolio of listed, mid-market and private equity backed businesses
• Working to make clients feel valued
• Managing a team of dedicated Auditors
• Completing tasks to agreed upon deadlines with the clients
• Producing audits in accordance with IFRS and other accounting principles

• Support business development through networking, tenders and identifying opportunities within existing clients.
• Mentor and develop Audit Seniors and trainees.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will be a qualified Accountant, ideally ACA or ACCA (or equivalent)
• Experience of managing a sizeable audit team
• Experience of managing your own client portfolio
• Demonstrate clear signs you are able to perform at a higher level for promotions

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative approach with the ability to manage and develop junior team members.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
