An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join a market-leading Private Business Transfer Pricing team within a Big 4 firm in London.

This team advises privately owned and UK-headquartered businesses, including high-growth entrepreneurial groups and private equity-backed organisations, on complex UK and international transfer pricing matters. The practice continues to experience strong growth, offering significant opportunities for career progression, leadership development, and exposure to high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver a broad portfolio of UK and international transfer pricing engagements, ensuring high technical quality and commercial relevance.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Identify and support business development opportunities, contributing to proposals and client pitches.
• Lead, coach, and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative team environment.
• Work closely with colleagues across tax and wider advisory teams, both in the UK and internationally, to deliver integrated solutions.

Skills and Experience

• Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing principles and OECD guidelines, with experience advising on complex international structures.
• Commercially aware and client-focused, with the ability to deliver practical, value-driven advice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively.
• Proven people management skills, with a commitment to coaching and developing others.
