Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of client engagements, offering expert advice on tax matters for privately owned and private equity-backed businesses.
• Foster and maintain impactful relationships with market clients and key internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver on complex, multidisciplinary projects and initiatives.
• Stay informed on both UK and international tax laws to provide the most relevant guidance.

Skills and Expertise

• Professional qualifications: ACA and/or CTA qualification (or international equivalent).
• Tax knowledge: In-depth, up-to-date experience with UK and overseas taxation regulations.
• Experience: Expertise in navigating intricate tax issues for privately owned businesses and portfolio companies.
• Project management: Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent client-focused projects.
• Stakeholder engagement: A natural ability to lead, manage, and inspire teams, coupled with fostering trusted, long-term client relationships.
• Exceptional communication: Strong report writing and the ability to convey complex technical information effectively.
