An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Tax Director to join a highly reputable mid-tier practice in their London office.
With a strong Tax Partnership group, the firm has delivered impressive double-digit growth over the last 12 months and continues to strengthen its position in the market. A series of significant client wins has created a robust pipeline of Employment Tax work, supported by an excellent client portfolio and strong leadership across the business.
Working closely with leading Employer Solutions Partners across London and the wider regional offices, you will play a strategic role in shaping and driving the Employment Tax offering. The firm will fully support you as you take ownership of the business unit, providing a clear and credible pathway to Partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and help shape the firm's Employment Tax offering
- Take a strategic role across the business in relation to Employment Tax
- Develop and refine the firm's Employment Tax strategy
- Identify and pursue key market opportunities
- Prepare internal and external technical briefing notes
- Manage, recruit, and develop staff to expand the firm's Employment Tax capability
Required Experience
To be successful in this Director-level role, you will bring strong technical expertise and an up-to-date understanding of Employment Tax matters, including:
- NIC and PAYE
- Reward & Share Planning
- Benefits in Kind
- Expatriate Tax
- Personal Service Companies and umbrella structures
- Employee Benefit Trusts
