I've been selected to support a Top 10 accountancy and advisory firm with the appointment of an Employment Tax Senior Manager into its award‑winning Global Mobility and Employment Tax team based in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Tax professional who enjoys working closely with clients, delivering high‑quality advisory work, and playing a visible role within a collaborative, partner‑led team - rather than operating within a high‑volume compliance centre.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the heart of a highly regarded Employment Tax function, supporting a diverse client base across multiple industries. While there is an element of compliance, the role is strongly advisory‑led, offering exposure to complex technical matters and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering high‑quality employment tax compliance and advisory services
Acting as a primary point of contact for clients
Carrying out detailed technical research and providing pragmatic, commercial advice
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Contributing to the ongoing development and growth of the employment tax offering

Has 5+ years' employment tax experience within practice
