A leading and rapidly growing professional services firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Tax Partner (or Partner-ready Director) to join its highly regarded Private Client practice in London.

This opportunity has arisen as part of the firm's continued expansion plans and offers the chance to inherit an established portfolio while helping shape the future growth of one of the UK's most respected private client tax teams.

The Opportunity

The firm advises a prestigious client base of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, private equity professionals, family offices and internationally mobile clients. Demand for the team's services continues to grow significantly, creating the need for additional senior leadership capacity.

This is an opportunity to join a business where work generation is not a challenge. The focus is on finding the right individual to help service an expanding pipeline of complex advisory work while contributing to the strategic growth of the practice.

The successful individual will inherit existing client relationships while also benefiting from substantial opportunities to develop their own portfolio.

About You

We are keen to speak with:

  • Existing Private Client Tax Partners.
  • Directors or Associate Partners with a credible pathway to Partnership.
  • Individuals with strong technical expertise across private client advisory work.
  • Candidates with experience advising entrepreneurial, financial services or internationally mobile clients.
  • Commercially minded professionals with strong relationship-building and business development skills.

Whilst all private client backgrounds will be considered, particular interest exists in candidates with exposure to "new wealth" clients, including entrepreneurs, private equity professionals and business founders.
