Financial Reporting Manager

Pro Finance is partnering with a leading professional services firm seeking a qualified Financial Reporting Manager to join its growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practice professional with strong statutory accounts and consolidation experience to take on a varied role combining technical delivery, client management, and team leadership.

The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting services while supporting and developing junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review statutory accounts under IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Manage complex group consolidations and technical accounting matters.
• Review financial statements and supporting working papers.
• Act as a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support workflow management, coaching, and development of junior staff.
• Drive process improvements and help maintain reporting quality standards.

About You

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified.
• Strong experience preparing and reviewing statutory accounts within practice.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Experience of group consolidations and financial reporting.
• Strong communication, organisation, and client management skills.
• Previous mentoring or team supervision experience is advantageous.
