Your role as Tax M&A Manager

You'll play a key role in leading and delivering the tax elements of M&A transactions, from due diligence and structuring to post-deal integration.
Working closely with senior leaders and clients, you'll provide strategic tax advice across acquisitions, disposals, restructuring projects, and group reorganisations.

Day-to-day, you'll manage your own portfolio of transactions, support junior members of the team, review technical reports, and build trusted client relationships - all within an environment that encourages initiative and independent thinking.

What you'll need to succeed as Tax M&A Manager

  • ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent).

  • Strong technical background in UK corporate tax and transaction-related tax matters.

  • Experience working on M&A tax engagements within a professional services firm.

  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
