Your role as Audit Manager - Not for Profit

• Manage a portfolio of charity and Not for Profit audit clients, delivering year-round service

• Act as the key client contact, building and maintaining strong working relationships

• Lead multiple audit teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

• Prepare and present reports to senior management, Audit Committees and Boards

• Mentor and coach junior team members to support their career development

• Contribute to business development, proposals and presentations for new work

• Get involved in wider assurance services and firm-wide projects

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA, ICAS or ACCA qualified

• Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards

• Previous experience in external audit management

• Knowledge of the Not for Profit sector and Charities SORP (advantageous, not essential)

• Excellent people management, organisational and communication skills

• A genuine interest in supporting charities and other Not for Profit organisations
