Your role as Audit Manager - Not for Profit
- Manage a portfolio of charity and Not for Profit audit clients, delivering year-round service
- Act as the key client contact, building and maintaining strong working relationships
- Lead multiple audit teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Prepare and present reports to senior management, Audit Committees and Boards
- Mentor and coach junior team members to support their career development
- Contribute to business development, proposals and presentations for new work
- Get involved in wider assurance services and firm-wide projects
What you'll need to succeed
- ACA, ICAS or ACCA qualified
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards
- Previous experience in external audit management
- Knowledge of the Not for Profit sector and Charities SORP (advantageous, not essential)
- Excellent people management, organisational and communication skills
- A genuine interest in supporting charities and other Not for Profit organisations
