The Role
As an Outsourcing Manager, you'll take ownership of a high-quality client portfolio while playing a key role in developing both people and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a client portfolio worth c.£500k-£600k with minimal supervision
- Reviewing financial statements and corporation tax computations
- Leading and developing a team of 2-3 staff members
- Managing budgets, WIP, and debtor control
- Working closely with the wider management team to optimise resources
This Outsourcing Manager role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing technical delivery with leadership and client interaction.
What They're Looking For
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Strong technical knowledge, particularly FRS102 and FRS105
- Confident communicator with both clients and internal teams
- Proven ability to delegate, mentor, and develop junior staff
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Experience with Xero, Silverfin, or working with entrepreneurial businesses would be advantageous, but not essential.
