Your role:

• Lead audits from planning to completion, covering both audit and accounts
• Mentor junior staff and manage workloads
• Be the primary client contact, building strong relationships across charity, NFP, and corporate sectors
• Prepare statutory accounts, management reports, and liaise with partners to deliver high-quality service

Team & Culture:

• Manchester team of 20, including 10 juniors and 2 partners
• Friendly, collaborative environment with informal socials
• City centre office with lounges, kitchens, and a free gym

What you'll need:

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Experience leading audits and managing staff
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and auditing standards
• Excellent communication and client skills
