A leading Big 4 Deal Advisory Tax team is hiring a Senior Tax Manager to join its fast-growing, high-performing transactions practice. You'll advise on some of the most complex and high-value deals in the market-working alongside senior dealmakers and influencing outcomes from day one.
From £10m mid-market deals to multi-billion-pound global transactions, you'll support a diverse client base spanning corporates, private equity, real estate, and energy. This is a rare chance to deepen your expertise across the full deal lifecycle-buy-side, sell-side, structuring, refinancing, IPOs, and cross-border activity.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the delivery of clear, commercially focused tax advice on complex UK and international M&A transactions
- Play a key role in winning new business-supporting pitches, proposals, and client strategy
- Build trusted relationships with clients, working closely with senior stakeholders and external advisers
- Drive technical excellence across corporate, international, and indirect tax matters
- Stay ahead of evolving tax legislation and bring insight that adds real value to deals
What we're looking for
- CTA, ACA/CA (or equivalent) qualified
- Strong grounding in UK corporate tax, with exposure to international and cross-border issues
- Proven M&A / transaction tax experience-ideally within a Big 4 or leading advisory firm
- Commercially astute, ambitious, and motivated by working on complex, high-impact deals
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build lasting client relationships
