We are working with a leading Top 30 accountancy firm on a confidential search for an experienced Share Schemes Tax Partner to join its growing tax practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior share schemes specialist to join a highly regarded team and play a key role in developing the firm's offering to entrepreneurial, private equity-backed and listed businesses.

The Opportunity

• Lead and develop the firm's Share Schemes & Incentives offering
• Advise an impressive client base of entrepreneurial businesses, PE-backed groups and listed companies
• Work closely with Corporate Tax, Transactional Tax, Employment Tax and wider advisory teams
• Develop new business and build long-term client relationships
• Take a visible role in the continued growth and development of the practice
• Benefit from a strong platform, collaborative culture and entrepreneurial client base

About You

We are keen to speak with established Share Schemes Partners or senior Directors who have:

• Significant technical experience across share schemes, incentives and employee remuneration
• Experience advising privately owned, PE-backed and/or listed businesses
• A strong track record of client development and business generation
• An established network within the market
• The ambition to grow and lead a specialist offering
• A collaborative and commercially minded approach
