Transaction Services Associate Director
Competitive salary + benefits
London | Hybrid & flexible working

I'm working with a leading UK accountancy and business advisory firm that is looking to appoint a Corporate Finance / Transaction Services Associate Director into its London team.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced transaction services or corporate finance professional who wants to take on a senior, client-facing role within a growing advisory team, working with entrepreneurial, high-growth and SME-focused businesses.

The firm has a strong UK platform, an established advisory offering and a broad client base ranging from owner-managed businesses through to ambitious, scaling companies. The role offers a genuine blend of deal delivery, financial analysis, client management, team leadership and business development.

The Role

As Associate Director, you will sit between the executive team and senior leadership, leading more complex transaction work while supporting and developing junior team members.

You will take ownership of financial due diligence and corporate finance assignments, manage client relationships, lead meetings and produce clear, insightful reporting that helps clients make confident decisions during transactions.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading financial due diligence and transaction services assignments

  • Preparing and interpreting detailed financial analysis

  • Producing diligence reports with clear conclusions and recommendations

  • Managing project timelines, budgets, deadlines and risk

  • Acting as a key client contact throughout transactions

  • Leading client meetings and presenting findings clearly

  • Working closely with senior managers, directors and partners

  • Supporting business development and identifying further client opportunities

  • Collaborating with wider corporate finance teams nationally

  • Coaching, guiding and reviewing work from junior team members

  • Helping improve the quality, efficiency and commercial value of delivery

What They're Looking For

The firm is keen to speak with commercially minded corporate finance or transaction services professionals who are confident managing clients, projects and teams.

You will ideally have:

  • ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent qualification

  • Strong experience in transaction services, financial due diligence or corporate finance

  • Experience managing financial due diligence projects

  • Strong financial analysis and report-writing skills

  • The ability to interpret financial information and draw clear commercial conclusions

  • Experience managing others on client engagements

  • Strong project management skills across budgets, deadlines and risk

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders, clients and partners

  • A proactive, relationship-led and commercially aware approach

Why Apply?

This is a great opportunity to step into a senior advisory role with a respected UK firm that offers strong deal exposure, client contact and long-term progression.

You will be joining a collaborative, ambitious team with access to high-quality work, national corporate finance resources and a strong platform for continued career development.

The package includes:

  • Competitive salary + benefits

  • Hybrid and flexible working

  • Birthday leave

  • Professional subscription support

  • Strong training and development framework

  • Clear progression and career development structure

  • High-quality entrepreneurial and growth-business client base

  • Opportunity to work across national corporate finance projects

  • Supportive, people-focused culture

This would suit an experienced Transaction Services Manager, Corporate Finance Manager or existing Associate Director looking for a broader platform, more senior client exposure and a clearer route forward.
