An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Big4 in a leading Financial Services Tax team, advising a prestigious portfolio of UK and multinational clients across banking, FinTech, and capital markets.

This role offers exposure to complex, high-profile projects alongside a clear pathway for career progression within a collaborative and high-performing environment.

The Role

You will play a key role in delivering both advisory and compliance services to a diverse client base, while supporting senior stakeholders on technically challenging assignments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality tax advisory and compliance services
• Supporting major transactions, including due diligence, restructuring, and reorganisations
• Advising on complex UK and international tax matters impacting financial services clients
• Managing, mentoring, and developing junior team members
• Driving innovation and contributing to the continuous improvement of client delivery

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
• Strong Financial Services tax experience gained within an accountancy practice
• Excellent technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience leading teams and managing client relationships
