Your new firm:
Join one of the UK's most highly regarded Transfer Pricing practices, widely recognised as the market leader across the North. Working as part of Deloitte's national and global transfer pricing network, you'll partner with senior tax and finance leaders across a range of industries - from household-name multinationals to dynamic UK groups with complex cross-border operations.
You'll be joining a fast-growing team that's focused on excellence, collaboration, and genuine career development - with full support to progress to Director and Partner level.

Your new role:
As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering advisory, compliance, and strategic planning services across a broad portfolio of clients. Working closely with Partners and Directors, you'll help shape and lead projects involving:

  • Designing and implementing transfer pricing models and policies
  • Reviewing documentation (Master File and Local File) and economic analyses
  • Supporting clients through HMRC enquiries, APAs, MAPs, and the UK Profit Diversion Compliance Facility
  • Developing operational transfer pricing solutions and providing practical implementation support
  • Collaborating with the wider M&A practice on due diligence and post-acquisition structuring
  • Mentoring junior team members and helping to shape the national learning programme


To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Project management experience, including budgeting and timeframes
  • A proactive, ambitious mindset with a desire to progress your career
  • (Desirable) CTA or equivalent qualification, or relevant industry background
