Shape the Future of a High-Performing Trusts Practice
Top 30 Firm | £80,000 + Excellent Benefits | London / Hybrid

Looking to take the next step in your trust tax advisory career with a firm that genuinely values your expertise? Our client-a leading Top 30 accountancy practice-is continuing its impressive growth and is now seeking a talented Trust Manager to become a key member of their thriving Trusts team, based in their London offices.

About the Role

In this high-impact position, you'll work directly with Partners and Directors, managing an interesting, diverse, and high-value portfolio that includes charitable trusts and complex family structures. You'll have the autonomy to shape client relationships, deliver exceptional advisory support, and bring fresh thinking to a team known for its collaborative, people-first culture.

This is a role where credibility, technical excellence, and trusted client relationships truly matter and where your expertise will be recognised from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a central role in delivering high-quality trust and estate services, including:

  • Managing and advising on a varied portfolio of UK trusts, including charitable structures
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with high-net-worth families, trustees, and professional advisers
  • Working closely with Partners and Directors on complex trust matters
  • Helping shape the team's continued growth through sharing insight, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to best-practice improvements
  • Providing support across estate and probate administration (experience beneficial but not essential)

Who We're Looking For

You'll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • STEP and CTA qualifications (or equivalent)
  • Strong, hands-on experience in UK trust compliance and advisory work
  • The confidence and credibility to engage senior stakeholders and inspire trust
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to lead, influence, and elevate those around you
  • An interest in charitable trusts and broader estate matters

If you enjoy working with complex structures, value long-term client relationships, and want to be part of a team that truly appreciates your contribution, this role offers an exceptional next step.

You'll be joining a supportive, well-resourced team with a genuinely positive culture-somewhere your voice counts and your expertise helps shape the future of the practice. Expect a balance of autonomy and support, hybrid flexibility, and a firm that invests in your professional growth.
