This is an exciting opportunity for a VAT professional looking to step into a broader client-facing role within a collaborative and fast-growing team.
You'll work closely with experienced VAT specialists, supporting a varied portfolio of clients while developing your technical expertise and leadership skills within a supportive and flexible environment.
About the Role
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing VAT compliance and advisory support across a range of sectors and technical matters.
- Support junior team members with technical research, reviewing work and ongoing coaching and development.
- Work closely with senior leadership to deliver proactive, commercially focused VAT advice and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting wider team growth and performance targets.
About You
- CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified, or able to demonstrate equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of VAT matters, including exposure to international and ROW issues.
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality technical advice.
- Organised and collaborative with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in mentoring junior staff.
