Our client is a Top 20 Accountancy firm with a strong national reputation and ambitious growth plans.
Following the launch of a flagship Leeds office and several senior strategic hires, they are now looking to expand their Corporate Tax team across the North.
Led by ex-Big 4 leadership with a clear national growth strategy, this is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, highly respected team with genuine scope for progression.
Your new role:
As a Corporate Tax Manager, you'll be working alongside experienced Partners and Directors, delivering compliance and advisory services to a broad portfolio of clients including owner-managed businesses, private equity-backed groups and large corporates.
You will be involved in corporate tax compliance, planning and advisory work, with the opportunity to support on complex projects such as restructures, M&A and group tax planning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients
- Reviewing corporate tax returns and overseeing compliance processes
- Supporting on advisory projects including restructures and transactions
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and building strong relationships
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Strong corporate tax compliance experience with some exposure to advisory work
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation
