Partnerships Tax - Assistant Manager
Location: London / Hybrid

The Opportunity
Join one of London's largest Partnerships Tax teams, advising a wide range of clients including professional partnerships (law firms, consultants, recruiters, architects), financial services businesses, and private equity firms. You'll also work with their Partners and Senior Executives.
This is a hands-on role offering exposure to both UK and international tax advisory and compliance, giving you the chance to develop technical expertise, commercial awareness, and client relationship skills in a supportive team environment.
The Role

Manage a portfolio of partnership clients, taking responsibility for delivery of tax compliance and advisory services

Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and anticipating needs

Work on interesting and varied tax issues with support from senior colleagues

Coach and develop junior team members

Contribute to billing, risk management, and portfolio administration

Build internal networks to support career progression
About You
-
ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent)

Relevant experience in corporate, partnership, or mixed tax compliance and advisory

Experience with professional partnerships, private equity funds, or management structures is desirable

Ability to manage a client portfolio and develop strong client relationships

Self-motivated, proactive, and an excellent communicator

Keen to learn, develop, and build your career in partnerships tax
