I'm currently working with Xeinadin Group on the search for an Outsourcing Manager to join their London team.
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced outsourcing professional who enjoys working closely with clients, leading teams and delivering high-quality management information and financial support to fast-growing businesses.
The client base has a strong focus on tech and start-up businesses, so previous experience working with entrepreneurial, fast-moving companies would be highly desirable.
This role requires someone already operating at Manager level. It is not a step-up opportunity, as the successful candidate will need to be comfortable leading staff, carrying out performance reviews, and managing client relationships from day one.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of outsourcing clients
- Overseeing the delivery of management accounts and financial reporting
- Supporting clients with budgeting, forecasting and cashflow reporting
- Acting as a trusted adviser to clients, including exposure to interim CFO / FD-style support
- Reviewing work prepared by junior staff
- Conducting performance reviews and supporting team development
- Working closely with senior leadership on client service and growth
To be considered, you will ideally have:
- Strong experience within outsourcing / management accounts
- Current experience operating at Manager level
- Experience managing and developing junior team members
- Confidence handling appraisals / performance reviews
- Strong client-facing and commercial skills
- Experience working with tech, start-up or entrepreneurial businesses would be highly desirable
- Exposure to more value-added advisory support such as forecasting, cashflow, and senior finance partnering would be beneficial
