I'm currently working with Xeinadin Group on the search for an Outsourcing Manager to join their London team.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced outsourcing professional who enjoys working closely with clients, leading teams and delivering high-quality management information and financial support to fast-growing businesses.

The client base has a strong focus on tech and start-up businesses, so previous experience working with entrepreneurial, fast-moving companies would be highly desirable.

This role requires someone already operating at Manager level. It is not a step-up opportunity, as the successful candidate will need to be comfortable leading staff, carrying out performance reviews, and managing client relationships from day one.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of outsourcing clients
• Overseeing the delivery of management accounts and financial reporting
• Supporting clients with budgeting, forecasting and cashflow reporting
• Acting as a trusted adviser to clients, including exposure to interim CFO / FD-style support
• Reviewing work prepared by junior staff
• Conducting performance reviews and supporting team development
• Working closely with senior leadership on client service and growth

To be considered, you will ideally have:

• Strong experience within outsourcing / management accounts
• Current experience operating at Manager level
• Experience managing and developing junior team members
• Confidence handling appraisals / performance reviews
• Strong client-facing and commercial skills
• Experience working with tech, start-up or entrepreneurial businesses would be highly desirable
• Exposure to more value-added advisory support such as forecasting, cashflow, and senior finance partnering would be beneficial
