Graduate Audit & Accounts Trainee - London - £24,000 + Full ICAEW Training Contract

Are you a bright, ambitious graduate ready to launch your career in audit and accountancy? My client is a specialist London firm with a high-quality FCA-regulated client base - and they're looking for a Graduate Audit & Accounts Trainee to join their growing team.

This Graduate Audit & Accounts Trainee role offers hands-on experience from day one, working alongside experienced professionals while training towards becoming a fully qualified ICAEW Chartered Accountant.

The Role

As a Graduate Audit & Accounts Trainee, you'll work across a diverse mix of audit, accounts, tax and advisory engagements. Your client base will include brokers, asset managers, CASS-regulated firms and well-known media names -giving you broad, commercially relevant exposure from the outset.

You'll be trained in PCAS audit methodology, ProAudit and CCH software, and develop technical skills across FRS 102, FRS 101 and IFRS frameworks. A structured training programme provides full ICAEW support - tuition, exams, paid study leave and mentoring throughout.

What You'll Need as a Graduate Audit & Accounts Trainee

• A degree (2:1 or above) - accounting or finance preferred, but all disciplines considered
• Strong A-Level/GCSE results (or equivalent)
• A genuine motivation to build a career in audit, accounts, tax and advisory
• Analytical mindset, good communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with data and modern audit software
• The drive to complete the ICAEW qualification
