We're hiring an Innovation Reliefs Assistant Manager for the Reading office where career advancement is guaranteed.

What You'll Do

• Lead the preparation of R&D tax relief claims, from technical interviews to report writing.

• Advise clients across industries on identifying qualifying R&D activity and expenditure.

• Drive business development and contribute to growth across the region.

• Collaborate with colleagues nationally to share insights and support client success.

What They're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of UK R&D tax incentives and claim methodologies.

• Experience preparing claims across sectors and managing HMRC enquiries.

• A clear communicator with excellent project management skills.

• A proactive mindset and a passion for innovation.
