A highly regarded Top 30 London firm is looking to appoint a Share Schemes Tax Partner to build on the continued growth of its specialist tax advisory offering.

The team advises an impressive and diverse client base, from start-ups and scale-ups through to large private and listed companies, designing and implementing equity-based incentive arrangements across sectors including Creative Media & Technology, Financial Services and Hospitality.

The opportunity:

• Take the lead on an established Share Schemes client base.
• Advise across employee incentives, equity structures and management participation.
• Work with entrepreneurial businesses through to larger corporates.
• Develop new relationships and grow the existing offering.
• Collaborate with Corporate Tax, Transaction Tax and wider advisory teams.
• Play a key role in shaping the future direction of the practice.

We're open to an established Partner or experienced Director ready for Partnership, with strong Share Schemes expertise, commercial credibility and a track record of winning work.
