Crowe UK is a leading audit, tax, advisory and risk firm with a national presence to complement their international reach. They are an independent member of Crowe Global, the eighth largest accounting network in the world.


Given the ongoing difficulty of finding quality candidates in the tax market, this role was of greater complexity as it was a niche hire within the global mobility department.


Pro-Tax have made several successful hires with Crowe since working with them and thus have a great understanding of the quality of candidates they look for. Coupled with the fact that regular meetings have been held with the hiring Partners to ensure candidates can be made fully aware of every opportunity, increasing the chance of an individual being the best fit for the team. After an initial phone call with the Head of Global Mobility, a coffee was arranged at their office for a full briefing. On return to the office the search began immediately, and a variety of methods were used; LinkedIn advertising, our database and referrals. A shortlist of potential candidates was drawn up and then filtered down to the most relevant for the position. Four quality candidates were submitted for the role and three of which reached interview stage.


After two successful rounds of interviews, an offered was made at Senior Manager level and with both candidate and client pleased with the process, the offer was accepted.
