THE CLIENT

Elman Wall was co-founded in 1995 with the aim of launching a more personal, boutique practice with the best interests of its clients truly at its core. Today they are an award-winning firm with a tax team of over 10 team members, supported by 3 Directors, based in the heart of the City of London near Bank station. As part of their enduring ethos and dedication to outstanding service, all clients enjoy full access to the Directors.

THE CHALLENGE

After a successful recruitment campaign at the end of 2017, the Head of Tax reached out to Pro-Tax due to some changes in the tax team. Due to unforeseen circumstances and continued growth, there were several recruits that were required from a personal tax perspective. Given we are about to approach the busiest time of year, there were loose time restraints on ensuring these positions were successfully filled before we were amidst the busy season and the team have January deadlines to meet.

OUR SOLUTION

Out of the CV’s sent, all were requested for interview and met by the Head of Tax. After all candidates were met, it was decided that the 3 strongest candidates were going to be offered the positions. In all, the process took no longer than a month.

THE RESULT

A lunch has been arranged for a regular catch up to find out how the newest hires are settling in.
